| Description: | The Direct Sales Supervisor is responsible for the team and for achieving their combined installed unit objective targets. The monthly installed unit objective for the Sales Supervisor will be equal to the team’s total quota at budgeted headcount or actual headcount, if greater. The Direct Sales Supervisor will be required to carry the full quota regardless of whether the team is at full headcount. |
| Duties: | SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES: (Including, but not limited to)
•Supervises and tracks daily production of direct sales force.
•Supervises sales representatives in all phases of their jobs, including hiring, training, evaluations, disciplinary actions and terminations.
•Recruits, trains, motivates, and develops a team of sales representatives into a productive cohesive unit to increase productivity and exceed minimum quotas.
•Prepares and forwards various sales reports to the Sales Manager and District Vice President.
•Assists in developing and implementing new market penetration plans, incentive programs and other sales promotions.
•Resolves sales problems related to door-to-door sales transactions.
•Demonstrates and ensures compliance with exceptional customer service.
•Assists in budget preparation.
•Partners with District Marketing-Telesales Manager and Commercials Sales to insure strong sales performance in the field.
•Prepares and reconciles payroll commissions and timesheets; monitors budgeted commissions and expenses.
•Travels as required.
•Other functions that may be assigned.

| Qualifications: | •Bachelor or Associate Degree Preferred
•3-5 year’s supervisory experience (preferred) with strong emphasis on sales and employee development.
•Excellent communication skills; ability to relate well to public, vendors and employees at all levels.
•Knowledge of record systems, standard office procedures and business organization.
•Cable television experience preferred.
•Neat and professional appearance.
•Self motivated and have the ability to work independently with limited supervision.
•Valid drivers license with satisfactory driving record.
