| Description: | Summary: Direct Sales Representatives are responsible for door to door sales and marketing of Insight products and services-- Digital Cable, Telephone and High Speed Internet—to residential customers, in pre-selected territories.

| Duties: | JOB DUTIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
•Responsible for canvassing targeted residential areas during hours and days specified by Sales Manager as needed to achieve sales goals.
•Responsible for upgrading existing customers.
•Meet weekly performance standards as specified by Sales Manager.
•Present product and price in the manner prescribed by Insight.
•Complete all reports on a timely basis and attend all scheduled meetings.
•Follow through on all orders and return inquiring customer calls promptly.
•Maintain reliable transportation.

| Qualifications: | •High School Diploma or GED equivalent
•2 - 3 years experience in sales environment with considerable amount of experience in direct sales.
•High level of self- motivation.
•Ability to effectively communicate with external customers and fellow employees.
•Must have reliable transportation and good driving record.
MUST BE ABLE TO WORK EVERY EVENING, MONDAY-FRIDAY AND AT LEAST 4 HRS. ON SATURDAYS!! |
